Auxiliary Magazines June/July issue was released this month and in it a couple of punked out Toronto boys wearing my clay jewelry. Look at this one! ...glaaa, doesn't he just have the perdiest plumpy lips? yes he do

The spread also features handmade items from a handful of other Toronto artists. This stylist has some real stellar ideas and I nearly jumped outta my skin when she mentioned this shoot. A part of me is kind of sad its all done with now... The other part's still grinning at the outcome.

    Sarah Norton
Beat Black is a handmade jewelry (and other stuff) business created by myself, Sarah Norton, and run out of my apartment in downtown Toronto.

I've worked with a variety of different mediums over the years but during these last few its been all about polymer clay. I mostly try to use this blog to showcase the craft in a 'behind the scenes' kind of way. I also like to show off other artists original work that inspires as well as listing any giveaways and discounts.
